CALL FIRST provides FREE 24 hour
access to your accounts at FIRST BANK and it's as close as the nearest
touch tone phone.

You can get your account balance, the payoff on your loan, or transfer
funds. CALL FIRST is the direct line to your financial information.
HOW TO USE CALL FIRST
You can use CALL FIRST 24 hours a day, from any touch tone phone
by calling (515) 221-2929 or by dialing our automated phone system
at (515) 440-7120 and select option 1. To access your accounts you
will need your account numbers and your Personal Identification
Number (PIN).
Your PIN is the last four digits of the social security number or
tax I.D. number listed on the account you are accessing. You can
change your PIN once you are in the system by following the prompts
on the menu.
You will receive a choice of several options that will assist you
as you use CALL FIRST. The various options are listed below.
How to use CALL FIRST MAIN MENU
Press 1, for account information.
Press 2, for check verification.
Press 3, for miscellaneous information.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION MENU
Press 1, for Checking information.
Press 2, for Savings information.
Press 3, for Certificate of Deposit information.
Press 4, for Loan information.
Press 9, to return to the previous menu.
CHECKING MENU
Press 1, for your current balance and last deposit.
Press 2, to review transactions or receive a fax.
Press 3, to transfer funds.
Press 4, to make a payment.
Press 5, for other checking functions.
Press 9, to inquire into other accounts or to change
your PIN.
SAVINGS MENU
Press 1, for your current balance and last deposit.
Press 2, to review transactions or receive a fax.
Press 3, to transfer funds.
Press 4, to make a payment.
Press 5, for interest information.
Press 9, to inquire into other accounts or to change
your PIN.
