With Internet Banking you will have a lot
of the same conveniences as being at the bank and all of the conveniences
of Telephone banking but with the visual appeal. At home or in the
office you will be able to access your account information 24 hours
a day.
GETTING STARTED
Q. What can I do with Online Banking?
A. Online Banking helps you manage your
money without leaving your home or office. The things you used to
have to do in person can now be completed online:
- Check your account balances and review
transaction histories.
- Confirm which checks, deposits, withdrawals,
and ATM/Debit Card transactions have posted.
- Transfer funds between deposit accounts
on which you are a signer.
- Export information from Online Banking
to your personal financial management software.
- Enjoy the added control and convenience
of paying your bills with the click of the mouse using First Pay-e.
- View or print images of your checks.
Q.How do I access Online Banking once I am
enrolled?
A. From the Home page, look for Internet
Banking. Enter your Access ID and Password.
Q.Will I need special software to use Online
Banking?
A. No, all you need to use First Bank's
Online Banking is access to the Internet using either Internet Explorer
4.0 from Microsoft Corporation or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (the latest
versions are highly recommended for your greatest security) and
a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. If your
browser is not using the latest 128-bit encryption, you will be
prompted to upgrade before access your accounts. For the best view,
set your screen resolution to 800 x 600 pixels.
Q. When is Online Banking with First Pay-E
available to me?
A. Online banking is available 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year.
Q. What accounts will I be able to access?
A. You can access your checking, savings,
certificates of deposits and loan accounts.
Q. Who do I contact if there is a problem
with Online Banking?

during our normal business hours or email Operations.
Q. What formats can I use to download my transaction
history?
A. You can download transaction information
from your statement to a spreadsheet, using
- Comma Separated file (.CSV), Lotus, Excel,
Quattro Pro, Quicken Internet Exchange (.QIF), and Microsoft Money.
Quicken and Quick Books must use version 2003 and older.
Q. How long can I be inactive before being
automatically logged out of the Online Banking site?
A. 15 minutes.
Q. On a joint account, do both owners need
to enroll, or can we share the same Access ID and Password?
A.Yes, both owners need to enroll and have
their own Access ID and Password. Your account number is your Access
ID. The second owner on the account who wishes to have access to
Online Banking cannot use the same account number.
Q. How do I choose a secure password?
A. Your password must be a minimum of 8
characters, up to a maximum of 17 characters, which must consist
of at least 2 numeric characters, plus alpha characters. Your password
is case sensitive and may not contain the following characters:
@<>?'". to increase the security of your banking, your
password should not contain any four consecutive numbers of your
social security number, phone number, or address. Also, it should
not include part of your name or initials. Finally, do not write
down your password or share it with others.
Q. Online Banking requires that you log in
at least once every 90 days. What do I do if I have not used Online
Banking in the last 90 days?
A. If you have not used Online Banking in
the last 90 days, you will have to re-enroll.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Q. Can I transfer funds between my accounts?
A. Yes, you can transfer between most accounts
on which you are a signer. You can do an "express transfer",
set up new scheduled transfer and/or change existing transfers.
You are not able to transfer from Certificates of Deposits and IRAs.
Q. How much transaction history can I view?
A. You can view up to 60 days transaction
history.
Q. What time of day do transfers occur? What
is the latest time I can cancel a transfer?
A. If you make an express transfer, it will
happen immediately. You can only cancel the transfer prior to being
confirmed. The cutoff time for same business day transfer is 6:00
PM.
Q. Can I transfer money to pay my First Bank
loan?
A. Yes.
